What a fleet program includes

Fix Auto Sherwood North runs fleet services for businesses in Sherwood Park and across Strathcona County:

  • Commercial fleet collision repair, done in house
  • Priority repair programs for business vehicles
  • Business accounts with one point of contact
  • Fleet maintenance coordination
  • Direct insurance billing with all major Alberta insurers

Why one point of contact matters

Fleet managers juggle drivers, insurers, rentals and schedules. With one contact at the shop, estimates, approvals and status updates all come from one place instead of being chased job by job. Our guide to fleet collision repair in Strathcona County covers what to ask before you set up an account.

Questions to settle up front

  • How are fleet vehicles scheduled and prioritized?
  • How and how often will we get status updates?
  • Do you need written approval above a set amount?
  • How are rentals or replacement vehicles handled with our insurer?
  • What does the warranty cover on fleet repairs?

Repairs done in house

Fleet vehicles get the same in house work as any other customer: collision repair, frame straightening, bumper and panel repair, and paint and colour matching. Glass, ADAS calibration and mechanical repairs are coordinated through trusted partners, so one call covers the whole job.

Insurance and commercial policies

Commercial and fleet policies can work differently from personal ones, including deductibles and who manages the claim. Talk to your broker and tell them which shop you want to use. Also note that commercially registered vehicles can't use Alberta's online Report My Collision tool, so drivers need to know where to report a collision in person.
